These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Basket and Beam online store (basketbeam.com). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged.

3. Order Authorization

By submitting your order, you authorize Basket and Beam to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at support@basketbeam.com. We will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.

5. Taxes

Sales tax may be applied to your order based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. Tax amounts will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your payment details and try again, or use an alternative payment method. We are not responsible for fees charged by your financial institution.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities. Valid disputes will be handled promptly and fairly.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Billing-related refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
