Shipping Cost

Shipping cost: $0.00. We offer completely free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. No minimum order value required. The shipping cost at checkout will always be $0.00. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

Delivery Time

Delivery time within the United States is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 8 to 17 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or affiliated logistics partners depending on your location and order size. Tracking information will be emailed to you after shipment and may take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier system.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Address Errors

Basket and Beam is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors made by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
